Terms and Conditions

This page lists the terms, conditions and privacy policies when purchasing from my store. You must tick the box to agree to these policies when ordering an item. By doing so, you are deemed to have read and understood the policies.

You are also agreeing that your delivery address is within Australia or its territories, such Norfolk Island.

Purchasing an Item

This store uses PayPal as the checkout processor. You do not need an account with them to purchase, simply select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”. While I do not see your financial details, your shipping address, name, email and phone number (if entered), will be stored on the website in the order details.

An email is then sent to both myself and to you, showing the purchase details. You will also be returned to a Thank You page post purchase, which you could print out if you choose so.

I will then email you the tracking number within 2 business days for Standard Parcel shipping and 1 business day for Express Post. 

By purchasing an item, you are entering into a legal agreement between you and myself and the transaction cannot be cancelled once shipped.

In accordance with PayPal’s Terms and Conditions, I am required to provide a link to their Acceptable Use Policy.

Note: PayPal will offer ALL countries for shipment. Orders placed for outside Australia will NOT be shipped and will need to be refunded.

Refund Policy

I offer a 14 day refund policy, which begins the date Australia Post’s Tracking shows the item was delivered. The policy does not cover change of mind on your part, but is there to protect you against faulty items or damage during shipping.

All items are checked for flaws and correct operation before shipping. I understand though that things can and do go wrong. To apply for a refund, either reply to your tracking number email or use the Contact Form and include the order number.

The item must be returned in the original packing and include all accessories, manuals, etc. Return postage is at your expense. All items are marked or serial numbers recorded to prevent substitution. You will be asked to supply 3 photos of any damage, from 3 different angles, prior to return to prevent AI images being used.

Privacy Policy

No information about you or your purchases is accessible from the website as seen by visitors. Since you don’t need an account with the website to make purchases, the admin login page has been made inaccessible to the public. In addition, 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) is being used for the hosting account login.

Other forms of site hardening have been used in an attempt to prevent hacking. While there is no guarantee a site is 100% locked down, every precaution has been taken.

Once the 14 day refund window has closed, orders are exported off the website and stored in an offline spreadsheet, removing any reference to you at all.

Your purchase is made through PayPal’s own secure checkout, in a popup window. I do not see the live transaction.
